Who I am

Hi! So happy you made it here. I am Celeste, but most call me Cece. 

I am a licensed clinical social worker by profession, but truly a proud mom, wife and self care lover! 

Most of my life I knew I wanted to choose a career that served others. I began my studies at Florida International University, balancing academics and athletics as a member of the women's soccer team. Upon battling a career ending injury, I shifted my focus towards academics and furthering my passion for helping others. After completing my Bachelor in Psychology, I continued my education and received my Master of Social Work. 

Most of my professional career has been dedicated to helping children, adolescents and their families navigate life's challenges and helping athlete's train their minds to take their game to the next level. 

I am passionate about working collaboratively with my clients to overcome their challenges and attain their goals.
